Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return/exchange/store credit after receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all of its tags still attached, and in its original packaging – if there are any damages, markings that indicate usage of the product, or scents (such as perfumes), the product will be considered used and is not eligible for refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you need to first contact us at orders@be-havior.com or via WhatsApp at 053-962-8446 within 48 hours of receiving your item and decide the way you'd like to return it. Please note that returns will need to arrive to the following address: Haharuv 14, Rishpon, Israel 4691500
Once you've reached out, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. The refund amount will be the amount that you paid for the items minus the refund fee (see below). If an item was on sale, then the price you paid for it (minus the refund fee) is the amount you will be refunded, not the original pre-sale price. Shipping fees from the original order are not included in the refund amount.
Refund fee: The fee for a refund is either 5% of the total order or 100 NIS – whichever of the amounts is lower. Unfortunately, we cannot waive this fee.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@be-havior.com.
